"I just want to say thank you to the wonderful staff here. They have given me hope and helped me start on a journey which is changing my life. When I first came to these caring people I was a miserable 301.8 pounds (that's hard to admit and embarrassing) now I'm down to under 260 in under 3 months. They have changed my life and not in a temporary way. They have taught me the importance of healthy choices and moderation. I am going to forever be in debt to their kindness and support. Even on those bad number weigh ins they never let me get down. They help keep me being proud of myself. Thank you ladies, you are all so very wonderful.

Your very appreciative patient
Eric Poorman
P.s. I'm pretty confident this next weigh in on wed I'll be in the 250's"

Shelly Cromeans: I am proud to say that as of Jan 26,2018, I am down a total of 105 pounds! It has been hard but so rewarding and I am not done yet.
I started this journey in August 2017, when I decided to do a consult at physicians wellness & weight loss clinic. The ladies were so wonderful and encouraging that I signed up that day. I couldn't have gotten this far without them. My life changed that day for the better.
I watch my calorie and carb intake and try to keep my protein intake up. I cut out all soda. I do eat some meals that would be considered cheat meals, that is when I use portion control. My workout regimen isn't intense ( I couldn't do anything intense at first). I walk 3-4 miles 5-6 days a week and do toning excersizes 3-4 days a week. I don't have a trainer or anything like that....I use Pinterest and find all kinds of ideas. Lol
This has been a wonderful journey thus far and I am not done yet.....bc this is a lifestyle change that I chose. healthy living = happy living

P.s. I am not making them but, my family is working out more and eating healthier also.
